o Soy curls and veggies in coconut milk curry sauce with roasted buckwheat/rice, Indian style slaw, roasted veggies, sweet potatoes
o Dessert: Grilled peaches with ice cream

About Dr. Rochard Sauveur

Rochard Sauveur was born in Brooklyn NY on April 20, 1983 to Haitian immigrants Jean and Margareth Sauveur. He was raised in a Seventh Day Adventist home. His love for medicine started in high school when he took biology. He got his bachelors degree in biology at City College of New York. 
 
He went to medical school in the Caribbean at the American University of Antigua and completed his MD degree at Xavier University school of medicine in 2019. While in Antigua he met his beautiful wife Tamra Gibbs while attending the Villa SDA church in Antigua and they reconnected when he came back to the US to complete his clinical rotations and they got married on March 20 2017.
 
After getting his MD degree, Rochard started his internal medicine residency at Woodhull medical and mental health center in Brooklyn NY in July 2020 and completed his residency in June of 2023. After completing residency He and his wife Tamra moved to North Carolina. Since August 2023 Rochard has been practicing as a hospital medicine physician at Mission hospital where he continues to work to this day. 
 
Most importantly Rochard strives to be a humble servant of God and a physician who depends on the Great Physician daily to give him wisdom and understanding and continues to be an active member of the Seventh Day Adventist church.
